The Tecmark Loyalty Marketing System can be connected to POS systems, terminal hardware, e-commerce systems and wireless readers to reward points immediately at the point of sale and allow redemption of points without any delay. Several other loyalty marketing programs don’t work in real time, so points are not immediately available. The key to loyalty marketing success is to keep your members engaged, and nothing does this better than letting them know immediately how many points they have. 

Seamless integration makes it work. Tecmark has already established connectivity solutions with some standalone terminals and POS systems, and is able to work with your existing system or suggest an alternative as needed:  

• VeriFone terminal systems work with our software and are easy to implement and download
• POS systems provide an integrated view of the customer with easy access for employees
• Transactions are recorded via internet connection or dial-up 
• For systems on which real-time transaction recording is not possible, we support batch files sent at the end of the day
