Ready to Launch. Tecmark’s Ready to Launch solution offers speed and ease of implementation of a loyalty program and offers the retailer complete flexibility over program reward structure. This solution is adaptable to a variety of client situations.
The process is simple. Tecmark works with the client to define the program components and compiles all the necessary information - locations, contact information, permission for online access, etc. – into a simple 3-page set-up form. These parameters are loaded onto VeriFone terminals, which function anywhere an internet connection is available. Terminals are shipped pre-loaded to the participating locations along with training materials. Tecmark also conducts train-the-trainer training for client representatives who interact regularly with the locations. The program is fully launched when the client makes member access link is added to the business website.
Ready to Launch programs may feature membership cards or utilize cardless technology.
