Manufacturer and distributor of multiple lines of women’s apparel to small chains and individually owned retail outlets in the US and Canada

The client needed to re-establish their brand and regain market share.
Any solution had to be scalable across a broad geography and various store sizes; financially tailored to deliver a positive ROI for a new ownership structure; and simple enough to launch, administer and manage without a large commitment from either the client or the store owner.
Solution:
Tecmark created a turnkey store loyalty program for store associates and owners. Associates earn points based on their sales of specific client products. Storeowners earn an override percentage of qualified associate sales.
A stand-alone loyalty terminal and bar code scanner in each participating store automates the enrollment and transaction process, but is not connected the store IT and payment systems.
Support services include: 24/7 tech support, ongoing program strategy consultation, customer service for store owners and associates, reward redemption coordination and full program activity reporting.
