How Our Channel Programs Work:

  • Each location uses a terminal and scanner to administer the channel rewards program - existing terminals and scanners can be used in certain situations
  • When a purchase is made, the SKU is scanned, and the employee number and purchase amount are recorded
  • Points are awarded based on product or amount spent
  • Points are reversed if a return occurs
  • Associates can check point balances and redeem points through the manufacturer’s website
